Toddlers Co-Lead Teacher
One of my favorite attributes of Faith Lutheran School is the strong sense of community: teachers and parents want to be here, and each morning feels like a celebration as we all come together for a new day of learning. Also, I am continually inspired by the warmth and love shown by those in the larger Faith community toward our little school. Teachers here know we are supported by them and that helps us to do God’s work every day!

Preschool Co-Lead Teacher and Nappers
For me, what attracted me to Faith was the feeling I got when I stepped into that first classroom. It was an environment of fun, learning, and faith. It felt like coming home. The reality of all that is what will keep me here and has me excited about teaching, learning, and growing with all the amazing children and staff.
Office Manager and School Registrar
Faith is one of my happy places. Every day I can experience something that makes me smile or laugh whether it is a child’s smile, something adorable a child did or something a parent or staff member did that made my day. There is a lot of joy at this school and I’m grateful to work here.
I love teaching at Faith. Here, my efforts are appreciated, not only by students and families, but by administration as well. It is a culture where my own values as a teacher are highly respected, where creativity is encouraged, and initiative is responded to in a very positive manner. I also feel like I have the opportunity to get involved in just about every activity the school offers if I choose to. Additionally, the relationship between the church and school fully support the expression of a Christian value system and lifestyle, and this is very fulfilling to share that with children on a daily basis. I am very grateful to have found Faith. It is a daily blessing in my life to teach here.
Preschool Co-Lead Teacher
My journey with Faith Lutheran School started in 2009, when my oldest daughter attended the school. I have immediately noticed that it is excellent place for children with great academic program, where teachers show patient and love. It encouraged me to send my two younger boys there. Since 2009 the FLS became part of my family. I love teaching at FLS because I love to spend the time with children. It makes me happy to be here every day watching students grow. Teaching was always my passion. I appreciate to be part of FLS staff. The school gives me opportunity to grow myself and enjoy each day.
Pre-Kindergarten Support Teacher
I teach at FLS because I love being with children. Equally important is the fact that I can teach children about Christ and help develop their spirituality. Focusing on the word of God at weekly staff meetings, praying with my co-workers, and chapel sessions with the children on Wednesdays are what keep me at FLS. The opportunity to work with children and teach about Christ is what attracted me to FLS. I would say that Faith Lutheran’s most significant qualities are Pastor Lewis and the staff who genuinely and humbly try to live out the gospel each and every day, and pass it down to the children of FLS.

I am at Faith by the grace of God. I honestly do not remember sending a resume or filling out an application. I received a phone call requesting an interview. I immediately felt at home and knew I would enjoy working here. I had worked for 25 years in another location and wasn’t sure I would ever find that feeling again. I truly appreciate the staff, parents and children at Faith and hope to stay for many years.
Preschool Co-Lead Teacher
Five years ago I was called to teach at Faith. I have stayed because the staff, students, and families have become home to me. The community and support is incredible, and I couldn’t imagine teaching anywhere else.
Early Childhood Education Director
I work at Faith because this is my second family. The children, families, and teachers are so supportive of one another that I feel at home, and embracing the importance between the connection of home and school is very important to me. I am a strong advocate for providing healthy lifestyles for children, and watching them learn and grow is my true passion. Faith Lutheran School provides an environment where early childhood educators feel appreciated and professional, which correlates to positive student outcomes.

Kindergarten Academy Support Teacher and Countries & Cultures Teacher
I teach at FLS because I feel valued here by staff and parents. This is a community of support and caring. The loving hearts of the teachers here at FLS shine through in their work and how they treat others. The pride of FLS staff is contagious. What is most significant is the teachers live the virtues that they teach.
Multi-Age Preschool Lead Teacher
Teaching children is my passion, and I believe that God has called me to do this at Faith. It is a place where you will find a community full of support, understanding, and integrity, and I am blessed to be surrounded by people that offer an abundance of grace.
Kindergarten Academy Teacher
God brought my family to Faith for many reasons, most importantly to give my son the gift of time – another year to grow academically, socially and emotionally before entering Kindergarten. The Kindergarten Academy program was the perfect fit for him! As a teacher here, I appreciate the fact that we can collaborate as a staff and we have a loving and caring connection with all of our families. It’s a blessing to see students that I’ve had in class grow, mature, and flourish in our Elementary classes.
